-PLEASE don't buy from Mike's. Copy-paste the links & read the issues on the BBB - Better Business Bureau site: https://www.bbb.org/mbc/business-reviews/computer-dealers/mikes-computer-shop-in-abbotsford-bc-1214000/reviews-and-complaints) -Then google ALL the complaints they have on many other sites: https://www.pissedconsumer.com/mikes-computer-shop/RT-F.htm -They are a most challenging company to deal with, don't stand behind their old, open & used products, & either ignore or delay any customer interactions via phone or email. -BEWARE in buying from them, as Best Buy should not be selling their old, used or open products. (Hence why they have lower prices.) -You won't get a proper refund, they give the run-around & should be avoided at all costs. -Research carefully before buying from Mike's.
