The staff was informative and, I felt, very honest. The bed I bought is exactly what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and the delivery staff was amazing. I was told the bed would take two weeks to deliver but received it in a couple days. The delivery people brought my new bed up, helped me wrap my old one and load it into my truck in the parkade of my building (which in my opinion, was totally above and beyond). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good customer service.
