    NO STARS AT ALL....Terrible parking rates and over-vigilant, money-grabbing meter attendants. Three days in a row I overpaid for parking by more than 1 1/2 hours. Third day I only paid for 1 hour. I should have been out in 30 minutes but that day they were behind and I got out 13 minutes late. $48 ticket on my car. How is that fair?? It is not my fault they make appointments for you and then do not call you in time. I cannot afford to pay a $48 ticket. I overpaid for parking 3 days prior and was out of the General Day Care department in less than 40 minutes. So I took a chance that 1 hour would be enough. Of course, that was the day they were behind and now I have to pay for it to the tune of $48 (onky if I pay it early; if I don't it is $80). Definitely not fair. The Parking Attendant must have been standing next to my car. I saw him standing at another car when I came out. Even City parking meters give a 10-15 minute grace period. what is wrong with this picture? This is a hospital not a shopping mall. No one is going there for fun and the cost of parking is beyond ridiculous. And by the way, no two machines are the same I found the one in ER more expensive than the one in the main lobby.
